Comic
Camp
Three days, one comic, and a whole crew of young artists making it together.
- Ages 8–12
- 10am–2pm
- 3 full days
- London
What is it?
A three-day drawing camp for budding young artists, led by award-winning illustrator and character designer [Illustrator Name].
Small group, big imaginations, proper studio energy. Over three mornings your child joins a crew of fellow comic-makers to dream up characters, build a world, and put a real comic on the page — start to finish.
Who's it for?
Children aged 8–12 with a real love of drawing. They don't need to be brilliant yet — they just need to genuinely want to get better at drawing and storytelling.
Skills that go past the page
Storytelling, teamwork and drawing skills they'll carry well beyond the camp.
Why join?
Taught by a pro
A professional, working illustrator delivering a focused drawing camp — the real craft, not a generic activity club.
Summer sorted
Keeps them busy, inspired and off the screen for a chunk of the holidays.
Fills the gap
Creative education is often thin on the ground in UK schools — and pricey to find anywhere else.
First portfolio
A great way to start a creative folio and meet the skills a creative career is built on.
What they'll do
- TEAM!Make a comic, together. They'll work as a team to write, draw and finish their very own comic across the three days.
- GO!Move, draw, build, repeat. Varied artistic games, drawing challenges and story-development activities — nobody's sitting at a desk for three days straight.
Need to know
- It's a team project, so children join for all three days — single or two-day places aren't available.
- Please send your child with a packed lunch each day.
- No refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date.
- They don't need to be amazing artists — just a genuine interest in improving their drawing and storytelling.
